For the 11th straight year Windsor Weekend returns to the Grand Bend Motorplex situated on 200 acres near Lake Huron. Grand Bend Motorplex continues to be Ontario’s premier race facility and Windsor Weekend continues to be one of their Featured Events.
The continued support of Racers, Fans and Sponsors have allowed us to remain Canada’s Largest Community Sponsored Drag Racing Event.
The thrill of our Eleventh Year is tempered somewhat by the tough economic times. Therefore, our goal is to bring our fans (your customers) the Largest Bang for their buck.
This On Track Excitement, as well as FREE Camping, Vendor’s, Displays and Kids Activities, we feel is an outstanding entertainment value at just $10 for 2 full days of racing. This is the same price it was back in 2000 - eleven years ago.
In times like these, it is important to thank those who going through difficult times, for their past support. Windsor Weekend is an event that many people look forward to. It’s a family event at an affordable price.
As well we continue in our commitment to show our young people that Street Racing is NOT Drag Racing and that there is a safe and supervised outlet to fill their Need For Speed.
